  • How do we ship and how long does it take?
    We use the postal service for all deliveries. If you live in the USA you will receive tracking info. Other locations are sent via airmail. Typical delivery time is between five and ten business days. We can not be responsible if your package is delayed due to customs.
  • Do we accept returns?
    Yes we do. If The Q UP will not fit your turntable you can return it for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. It would be very helpful to contact us and we might be able to talk you through installation before returning it. It has happened many times that through a quick call we can help get The Q UP to fit or help with an adjustment. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING THE Q UP.
